Terms and Conditions

  • Minibikers Balanceability courses require that parents/guardians are present at all times.
  • Please ensure that your child has suitable footwear and clothing for cycling.
  • It is compulsory for all children to have a fitted cycling helmet to participate in the course. Due to COVID-19 regulation we won’t be issuing helmets. You can purchase a helmet on the day. Please note without a helmet a child cannot participate. Refund for the session is not provided. (Unless there’s medical or religious reasons)
  • When children are asked to bring in their own pedal bikes for the Level two course, it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure that their pedal bike is of suitable size and safe to use. Please check your child’s bike before the course.
  • Place will be secured via full payment only.
  • If you cancel two weeks before the course date, payment will be refunded minus the card fees, 2.5%.
  • If it’s not within this time limit, there will be no refund.
  • If we have to cancel a session/sessions or venue change, only an alternative venue and dates will be offered to compensate. No refund will be given..
  • You sign up for the whole duration of the course. If your child starts riding at his/hers first lesson, which is great or cannot complete the rest of the course dates for medical reasons won't be issuing any refund for the classes they missed.
  • Photographs will be taken during the sessions, these images will be used in our social media platform. If you wish to opt out , please let us know by email (info@minibikers.co.uk) before the course commences. Unless we have this in writing, we may use the images for our social media campaigns. Under no circumstance images will be shared with third party companies. 
  • You provide full permission for the Instructor to make minor adjustments to your child’s bike during the training sessions, to assist with their comfort when riding. We accept no liability from using our bikes/equipment (bikes and equipment are regularly inspected and serviced by a qualified cycle mechanic) or children using their own pedal bikes. 
  • 1-1 Lessons, children required to bring a roadworthy bike and a helmet for the session. If the bike is not suitable the instructor may not be able to start the session. No helmet no session. Due to this, there will be no refund.
  • 1 - 1 Lessons, please be on time as your agreed time starts even if you’re late. Instructors can’t give extra time as they may have another session scheduled after.
  • 1 - 1 Lessons, if you cancel 48 hrs before 90% of the fee will be refunded. 10% of the fee will be deducted for admin. After this time no refunds will be given.
  • 1 - 1 Lessons, if we cancel the session because of the weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll only rearrange the session for another time.
  • We might use your details to send you our newsletters and offers. If you wish to opt out, please contact us via email with your request.


Please note; by signing your child to our courses, you accept all the contents of our terms and conditions.
